Hello! I'm Kerry Mannette, founder of Valkyrie Adventures.
As a Nova Scotia born-and-raised outdoor enthusiast, I've spent years exploring the province's trails, coastlines, and backcountry routes. Today, as an Outdoor Council of Canada Certified Field Leader with Advanced Wilderness First Aid training, I help women build confidence through guided hiking and backcountry adventures across Nova Scotia.
Over the years, I've learned that most women are capable of far more than they believe. There's something powerful about stepping beyond what feels comfortable, sharing the experience with others, and discovering what you're truly capable of.
My goal is simple: create supportive outdoor adventures where women can challenge themselves, build confidence, and connect with like-minded adventurers in some of Nova Scotia's most beautiful wild places.
